Nervous System Regulation

When it’s dysregulated, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, or reactive. This isn’t a mindset issue—it’s a physiological state. Chronic stress and trauma can keep the body stuck in fight, flight, or freeze patterns long after the danger has passed
