Morning QuickieI know it has a funny name but that is what I started calling it because of it’s vibrant green color. This is one of my favorite go to blended juice drinks. The combination of ingredients make it excellent for the kidneys. The ginger adds a peppery taste so you may want to modify how much you add.

1 wheat grass cube
1 inch fresh ginger
1/4 cucumber (I peel mine)
1 celery stalk
1/2 lemon peeled
handful of parsley
1/8 tsp dulse of kelp
6-7 ounces of water

Blend and enjoy!
