Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is requested If you find it necessary to cancel or change your appointment kindly provide a 24 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Clients who cancel their appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be asked to pay a cancellation fee equal to the amount of their session. This amount must be paid prior to the day of your next scheduled appointment. Please inform Paula if your cancellation is due to an emergency.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
