Hi, and welcome to my website. I am a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and Reflexologist. I have been practicing in the Columbus-Dublin area since receiving my BodyTalk Certification in April 2008. As owner and operator of Footprint to Wellness, my goal is to help individuals restore and maintain health in a natural, relaxing, and non-invasive manner. I offer a supportive and trusting environment for you to explore all aspects of your healing process. I have worked with clients of all ages with a variety of illness, as well as clients whose goal was personal growth and development.
I have been passionate about health and wellness since the age of 16 when I began training for track. I have experienced or studied many different forms of complementary and alternative healthcare, including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture, and Reflexology. My passion for healing, science, and spirituality have lead me to a career in alternative healthcare modalities.
In addition to my extensive training in BodyTalk and Reiki, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors degree in education majoring in Exercise Science. I completed my internship at The Ohio State University Center for Wellness and Prevention. I was owner of Premier Personal Training Services where I established empowerment and confidence within women through a lifestyle that embraces physical fitness.
I am continually taking courses and attending workshops to enhance my education, deepen my understanding, and support my growth, so that I can better serve my clients.
